We provide a side-by-side, nuanced analysis of all term sheets received, quantifying the true cost of capital and highlighting business-plan implications of various covenants, providing a clear path to selection.
Our involvement intensifies after term sheet execution. We actively manage the due diligence process, coordinate with third-party vendors (appraisal, environmental), and liaise with legal counsel to ensure a smooth, timely closing.
